The Monterey hotel, a member of the Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, is a conveniently located town hotel with excellent facilities and warm hospitality. Purpose-built, the hotel is always keeping up with new trends and is a fantastic base for exploring Jersey. The newly refurbished bar and restaurant area provides an excellent dining facility, food is served all day within the bar area. The Monterey features double and twin rooms, and family rooms for two or three children. There are also two single rooms. All guest rooms are en-suite and equipped with Freeview television and radio, tea and coffee facilities, telephone and hair dryer. On-site indoor swimming pool facilities, steam room, spa bath and mini gym are provided free of charge. A large outdoor swimming pool is also available for fine days. The Monterey is disabled friendly with easy access from the main door through to the restaurant. There is a lift from the main lobby to the rooms. The hotel sits back from the road guaranteeing peace and quiet inside. Hotel was about 15 minute walk into town, our room and all public areas were spotless, staff all friendly and polite. Only downside was our room was on a noisy road. Excellent welcome from reception staff, all public areas were modern.

Located a short stroll through the Millennium Town Park from the centre of St Helier, the Monterey Hotel offers a high standard of comfort and service to both the leisure and business traveller. Adjacent is the open-plan and comfortable bar area offering a range of local and international draught and bottled beers, spirits wines and soft drinks. The hotel has excellent lounges and function rooms. Superior rooms are available that are either larger than standard rooms or have direct access to the pool sun terrace. They include also include a mini fridge, bathrobes and slippers. On-site indoor swimming pool facilities, including steam room, spa bath and mini gym are provided free of charge to our guests. A large outdoor swimming pool is also available for fine days surrounded by a sun terrace. The hotel also sits on the island's bus network and has the benefit of on-site parking facilities.

What a lovely hotel for a holiday, staff were very helpful, fabulous range of food, hotel was very clean and nothing was too much for the staff, would recommend this hotel for couples, families and solos.
