We always have a great experience here - the staff are great as is the food. As with most places, things are getting a bit pricier. The 3-cheese dip for the bread isn't as cheesy as it used to be, but it's free so can't really complain about that. March Keg may be one of the best steak dinners for the value anywhere. They have a model and it works. That said, had an issue with an exceptionally fatty piece of Prime Rib. Long story short, after fully consuming my meal, the remnants went to the kitchen, waiter showed a manager what fat was left behind, felt terrible that cut of meat made it out to a table, came out to greet the table and without anyone from our end lodging a complaint as what I did eat was delicious, compensated Service was extremely slow, we often felt like we were forgotten. We were in a high traffic area and were constantly getting bumped by people walking by. We gave up on Even ordering dessert because it took over 2 hours from being seated to finishing dinner.
