We are proud to be a part of the Health Partners Programme with other community, voluntary, faith groups and residents associations working in the community of North Kensington, brought together by NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group. The Health Partners programme brings community organisations together to improve the health and wellbeing of Grenfell-affected communities.
