I heard there is a doll that looks very similar to the Guide somewhere in the underworld. I'd like to put a few rounds in it. It is a guaranteed drop from Voodoo Demonsa fairly rare enemy in the Underworld. Throwing a stack of more than one into the lava will summon the Wall of Flesh, and kill the Guide, as well as killing a number of other randomly chosen NPCs in the world including town pets and town slimes , equal to the number of dolls that were thrown.
