We had a packed day full of fun at the beach yesterday for day 2 but before we start the fun, breakfast always comes first. We stopped at a hotel, Panama that was known for an amazing breakfast and decided to put the rumors to the test. I indulged in empanadas with mixed fruit and pineapples, a truly wonderful appetizer. Talk about an explosion of flavor. They were like an eggs Benedict with an irresistible ranchero sauce, seasoned meat and an over easy egg on top of a biscuit. By far my most memorable meal yet.
