I have waited for 15 days on dispatching the order because one of the items was "in transit to our dispatch centre". And then additional week for the delivery.

Expected delivery was supposed to be in 3 days, now more than 2 weeks have passed, order tracking is not working and after dozens of attempts to contact customer service no way to communicate to a person, only with their stupid bots they are unable to provide any information about the status of my order. These guys are real crooks! So just wanted to look good on here for anyone reading. Terrible communication and systems. I had to return one item in an order - did it via their online system you pay for postage and print the label it produces , dropped it at DHL as instructed and to date it's been 4 months and still showing 'in transit' expected delivery weeks. Swiminn customer service has been no help at all. Even called and they asked me to email and still no response. Never use if you might need to return something from Australia. Misleading also as it comes up in Aust based searches and they advertise an Australian number for orders but beware - it's just a call centre and I've only ever reached someone who doesn't speak English.
