Sweat is a rapidly growing fitness company. We currently have two studios in NYC with more on the way! With this expansion comes opportunities for development and growth for all of our employees. We welcome you to apply to become a part of our Sweat Family! Members spend 10 minutes in each station before moving on to the next station. Our coaches are to approach each shift as the high-energy, personable presence on the studio floor, constantly navigating through each station to ensure appropriate exercise technique while motivating each station as a whole and individually. This position requires the candidate to have a solid understanding of fitness and operational excellence standards.

They circuits are HIIT- short intense bursts of exercise with short periods of rest to maximize calorie burn. When the timer goes off you switch to a new movement. Love this place is a completely different concept than any other studios in NYC. It's extremely convenient for since there's a workout every 10 minutes so you are never late and you get a great workout in just 40 minutes. The coaches are great, help you with your form and motivate as well. I've seen in a difference in my body since I started working at Sweat

We are the premier female owned and queer run fitness facility in NYC. Physically and mentally. Even the intermediate is challenging from warm up to finisher. Unfortunately it didn't matter.
