Suzuki rf 900 review
The one major downfall the RFR had for many upon its release in was that most people simply did not like the way it looks. Some love it, most loathe it. But after you get past that first impression and ride thevery capable cc sports-tourer — opinions can change quickly. It fulfilled this role quite well and suzuki rf 900 review a far superior package to the GSXR

This is the only section where I'm going to have to knock off a star. Cons Make it better protected from the rain getting in to the electrics.
But Suzuki delivered just that when it produced the RFR in the late 90s. A sporty sports-tourer, the Suzuki RFR delivered plenty of punch, decent handling, comfortable versatility and, er, odd styling. Old hat today, but the Suzuki RFR is still excellent value. Steel perimeter frame helped keep costs of the Suzuki RFR down, used the engine as a stressed member and provided taut and surefooted handling with a short wheelbase and quick steering geometry. Over-hard suspension springs and damping rates can cause some jarring, but once loaded up with a pillion and some luggage the rear of the Suzuki RFR starts to work much better. At kg lb dry the RFR is flickable and competent and leans much more to the sporting side of its sports tourer personality than first appearances might suggest.

Sure, he was a backyard hobbyist type of restorer. The kind who makes sure everything is right, restores the fluids, cleans the carbs, polishes off the rust and paints primer over it, and so on. But frankly, as a backyard mechanic myself, I respect the ones who are just straight up about what they are. But alas, it sold, and I rarely see these come up again. If the opportunity presents itself, grab one of these bikes. Well, I am. I love learning and sharing what others might find useful.

For the money, I don't think much will come close Oh -- I have made a few mods: Corbin seat, Heli-bars, one tooth less in rear sprocket, Yoshimura can, Road Attacks, faired turn signals, car horns, LED lights, lots of powder coating and custom candy apple paint, and Hayabusa Tokico 3-pot front calipers. On standard settings I would say that its handling on your average back road is a match for just about anything else from its era. In terms of looks, it's one of those polarising love-it-or-hate-it designs. A pair of four-piston Nissin calipers grab full floating mm rotors with the usual excellence of Suzuki brakes. Equipment 4 out of 5 Stock RF9 has what's needed. Build quality isn't spectacular but isn't bad either. The frame itself is painted steel which is fairly rare these days, but does look a little classy and is a change from the polished alloy that we normally see. Get a Bike Quote. The rf is one of the best all round bikes, power handing best bike I ever owned and believe me I owned most of them ,last one a hyabusa model. All in all an awful lot of bike for very little money. You may also be interested in. Tuned for low-end torque, throttle response and around town power are excellent, yet there is still a top-end hit when the tach reaches the high side of rpm. There simply isn't any other bike that can deliver the miles so comfortably, so stinking fast, with so little effort and on so little gas, and still be so much fun! Only 5 gears though 25 July by waynedl. Steel perimeter frame helped keep costs of the Suzuki RFR down, used the engine as a stressed member and provided taut and surefooted handling with a short wheelbase and quick steering geometry. Fit and finish is exemplary. What kinds of riding do you do? It has a superb sound and is smooth and very user friendly. Now at this point I discovered something rather interesting.
While very well.
