The new Rift Herald has now been out on the live servers for a while. In my eyes, the Rift Herald should be considered a highly contested objective as it can be used in so many great ways. When I am the Jungler, I always keep it warded and try to gank in ways that will set my team up for taking it down. Right now you can solo it with a lot of champions around level My reasoning behind that is that it's often better to be able to put it in any lane or just to make sure it can be used to push down the Mid as it has the highest priority. A strategy that might also work in some cases is to give it to your mid laner to make your Mid laner a target.

League of Legends has numerous objectives, and some of them can even turn the tides of the match. Whether the early game, mid game, or late game, objectives in the game will help your team tremendously. Two of the most important objectives in League of Legends reside in the top side pit, which is located on the exact opposite of the Dragon pit side. Baron Nashor and Rift Herald spawn for a certain duration like the Dragon. The Rift Herald spawns up to two times per match. Its initial spawn time of the Rift Herald is 8 minutes, and the second one will spawn after 6 minutes. This neutral monster will only spawn for a second time when the first one is killed before The Rift Herald will permanently despawn at or when in combat. On the other hand, Baron Nashor exactly spawns at 20 minutes and respawns every 6 minutes after the hand of Baron buff expires.

The Eye of the Herald is a neutral buff dropped by the Rift Herald when it dies. It is available only on Summoner's Rift. Only members of the team that killed the Rift Herald can pick it up by walking on it. If nobody picks it up, it disappears after 20 seconds.

At charges, your next basic attack discharges all stacks of Corruption, dealing magic damage at levels , damage halved for ranged champions. So maybe try to kill her while you still have a base left. Leash range increased to from Kite around the Herald to optimize eyeball damage and take the objective quickly. Otherwise the person with the Eye will have to get there, wasting time and missing farm. Capturing the Rift Herald should almost always net your team an advantage in some form, but there are a few things you should watch out for in order to make sure your voidborn asset doesn't turn into a liability.
