Not sure if anything like this is applicable to speedruns, but I am attempting a suariwak shrine challenge run to get all shrines and get the shrine reward armor by doing as little story progression as possible no paraglider, suariwak shrine, main quests, sages, etc.

In order to reach a couple of shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , players will be required to infiltrate the Yiga Clan. The Suariwak Shrine has sprung up in the inner sanctum of the Yiga Blademaster Station, and Link can only gain entrance by passing a rigorous exam across the Gerudo Desert.
