Exciting changes have been made to the Student Hub to streamline the student experience. This update provides performance enhancements to make the experience simpler and faster, especially on mobile devices. Previously hosted on a SharePoint site, the revamped Student Hub is now hosted on a custom web application and has the same global header as other Northeastern websites. This update allows you to easily navigate to other important resources across the digital university system. The Student Hub has been rearranged so you can launch and navigate in fewer clicks.

Favorited and recent links as of Dec. Although most of your customizations and settings have been migrated over from the previous version of the Student Hub, you may have to update the Favorite Links tab accordingly.

Why should students use the Hub? Early in the development of the Employee Hub, IT Services and Human Resources partnered to imagine and design a digital experience tailored for Northeastern employees. As part of the efforts to transition students from the myNortheastern portal to the Student Hub, services and links have been retired from the student portal as of Tuesday, Jan. The Student Digital Experience Team has re-concepted the Resources page and seeks student input on the three proposed design concepts. Their knowledge of UX research, user-interface design, digital accessibility, front-end development, and data analytics is helping to develop a richer virtual student experience.
