Starbucks is known for their great Wi-Fi. In the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta they are becoming more and more known for their very slow service. Why does ice tea wait behind Frappuccino and mixed drinks rather than being served like coffee? Why four months have we been waiting during high season for chairs to be replaced? Leaving only one chair for outside table mini times? Why is no one caring about this part of customer service at this particular Starbucks? Tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches and they all tasted the same.

This coffee was at the opposite end of the Marina from our hotel but it was worth the daily walk. I love the wifi there because it activates immediately when you walk in the door. Place was a little cramped. Service was good but took some time. They gave out the Wifi connection information but it was not a good connection.
