Booo, Starfam! It's once again the time of year, for spooky fun and frightful fear. All the children of Jorvik have heard the spooky legend of the headless rider known as Galloper Thompson. Most believed this tale to be nothing but a scary story, but then, how would you explain the portals that show up on Jorvik around Halloween…? Riding his magnificent new horse, Morrigan, this legend now invites you to his home - for a limited time. Speak to Kasper, the friendly ghost, if you desire a creepy tour of the Keep. Once you enter through the portals scattered around Jorvik , you will come across spooky ghosts or a huge cauldron where you can use secret ingredients. Additionally, you will need a different number of shards for fixing each portal, and this number varies from a low of 10 to a high of 35 shards. These shiny items are well hidden, and your best option is to look for tornado spawns around Jorvik.

This is a pretty huge project; involving remaking an area containing a lot of quests, races, and dailies, while at the same time creating new gameplay for you to enjoy. Because of shifting resources and focus onto these other projects, Halloween this year was not as huge as it has been during the previous years.
