We see our gym as an important community hub and full of like-minded people, sportsbox fitness club, focused on and enjoying working towards their individual goals - whether they're beginners starting out on a journey to improving their fitness or experienced exercisers striving for new goals.

Our aim is to improve lives through leisure, providing affordable, inclusive and sustainable facilities that the whole community can enjoy. We want to support the health of the nation enabling people to live longer, happier and healthier lives. As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. The gym is open for everyone during centre hours. Please note that last admission is 30 minutes before closing. You can turn up for most activities but courts and classes are available to book up to 7 days ahead and ensure you will get the date and time of your choice.
