I have looked for an official answer for PFS play, but come up empty. I am not looking for an opinion, but proof i can show a GM. I understand the basics of the spell, how incorpealness works and so on. I have read that some feel it moves back and forth every time the caster sends it out with a charge, which would provoke AoO's while going past enemies. Don't let it's name fool you, Mage Hand does not create a "magical hand" that moves things.

You do not provoke attacks of opportunity spectral hand pathfinder foes that cannot reach you, no matter what action you are taking, even if it includes reaching into a threatened space.

There's no rule that says you can cast-move-attack when using touch spells, nor is there a rule that differentiates between "hostile" and "harmless" touch spells for purposes of discharging. If the DM thinks it should be harder, perhaps because they're bobbing and weaving to avoid enemy attacks, he might make you roll anyway but ignore the dex and dodge bonuses to AC, or something, because the target isn't trying to avoid you.
