When seated our waitress Briana walked away while we were still ordering our food and did not return for atleast 5 minutes. There was a 20 minute wait for ice water, which is just ridiculous and waitress Briana did not leave straws. We address this issue with the manager Warren G. Who did nothing but raise his voice and sarcastically proceeded to announce that this was an issue we cause ourselves. The order were wrong and had to be remade. The waitress Briana did not leave napkins. The manager Warren G. Told us that there was no one above him that we could reach out to in regards to the terrible service provided and did not offer anything to accommodate us. He only gave me his name but not an actual title. I explained the experience we had and Eddy response was very nonchalant and he even said there was an report given that our party use profanity and was disrespectful which was not true. Unfortunately there is nothing Eddy could do in order to improve the experience or provide better customer service. We were simply addressing the terrible service and management at the establishment.
