Giant columns of basalt called basalt pillars can be found stretching from the floor to the ceiling.

I thought to myself as I built the portal. One block, another block to it's right, ans then three up. This wasn't the first time I'd done this, I was getting it done faster than ever. The post was mega fun to work on because I love drawing ghasts so much! Thinking the nether will be silent vs the reality of ghasts collectively screaming louder than the enderdragon.
