Mortal Kombat Online. There's a few official threads floating about in this relativley new forum but only one about a character I actually like, though I must say XiahouDun84 did a phenomenal job with his Kitana thread. Truly spectacular. So I'm hoping I can make a thread that's even a fraction as cool as his so that fans of the lovely Miss Blade can discuss her past, present and future. No 'possible' neseccary, she's gonna be in MK8, ok?!? Meaning Lisa has been 8 for the last twenty years, perhaps it's basically the same with MK. Her father's title suggests he served in the military which might suggest Sonya wanted to follow in his footsteps.

General Sonya A. She now commands all operations of the Special Forces and Units, like the new Earthrealm unit, which is Cassie 's team. She is one of the few original Mortal Kombat characters, debuting in the first Mortal Kombat arcade game, and was the first female character introduced in the series. However, due to Kronika 's interference, younger versions of Johnny Cage, Jax Briggs, and Sonya were brought to the current timeline.

While she has to find her friends, she also has to deal with two evil and very powerful sorcerers, joining forces and planning to revive an ancient undefeatable army. I'd like to see Kira be Sonya's antithesis, sonya blade mk1.

The Mortal Kombat 1 roster includes almost all the original Mortal Kombat playable characters, but two are still missing from the lineup at the time of this writing: Kano and Sonya Blade. Mortal Kombat 1 serves as a reboot of sorts for the Mortal Kombat franchise. While its story technically follows up on the events of the Mortal Kombat Aftermath expansion, Mortal Kombat 1 is starting fresh with a new universe, meaning characters who were killed off in previous entries can come back, and the franchise can work with a mostly clean slate. There was a great deal of controversy when Mileena wasn't included on the Mortal Kombat 11 roster , so perhaps her early confirmation is a way for Mortal Kombat 1 to avoid running into the same criticisms. However, there might still be some controversy if two of the original Mortal Kombat characters currently missing from the Mortal Kombat 1 roster aren't confirmed for the game.

Lieutenant Sonya Blade had been going after an international criminal organization lead by Kano called " Black Dragon. Having learned of his participation in a tournament, she defied her superiors and went after him. The two enemies were captured by Shao Kahn's forces and held as prisoners in Shao Kahn's courtyard. Sonya was able to send a signal to her department and her good friend Major Jackson "Jax" Briggs came to rescue her. He succeeded and they returned to the Earthrealm to warn their superiors of the extra-dimensional danger, but they didn't believe them and were unable to prevent Shao Kahn's invasion. Sonya and Jax however were prepared and fought back with the other Earth warriors, leading to a confrontation between Sonya and Kano, whom had become one of Shao Kahn's generals. She threw him off a roof leading to his apparent death, but he grabbed a clump of her hair on the way down. After the invasion, not only were Sonya and Jax put in charge of the government's new "Outworld Investigation Agency," but they had begun rounding up and capturing all of the Black Dragon members.
