You can find this Power Moon in Quadrant B4. Head inside to find a secret Bound Bowl race track. Capture the Shiverian Racer and speak with the race organizer to begin. There is no easy path or strategy to winning Bound Bowl, as it requires consistent execution over the course of a long race. Bounding can help you can speed, but remember that bounding off of a steep surface will only serve to slow you down, or maybe even throw you backwards.

There are two kinds of collectibles in nearly every Super Mario Odyssey kingdom: power moons and coins. You only need 10 power moons to move on from the Snow Kingdom. Moons are released when you smash the moon rock. Our power moons guide puts the collectibles in the same order as Super Mario Odyssey. Once you make it down into Shiveria, there are four tunnels you have to clear to open up the races. Start with the first tunnel on the right. That will drop a giant chunk of the floor, revealing the exit and your first moon. The second moon is in the second tunnel on the right. You just have to avoid the Bitefrosts. Your moon will appear right by the exit pipe. The third moon is down the first tunnel on the left. Near the end, capture one of the Ty-Foos to carry you across the un-jumpable gap. The moon is waiting for you near the exit. When you drop through the Ice Well to get down into Shiveria Town, turn around and look behind you when you land. Use the pile of boxes to help you Wall Jump up to it.

It is found on the northeast end of the Snow Kingdom hidden behind a Moon Rock. The Moon Rock must be activated to access the course, so it is only available after beating the main story. If Mario comes in first place in both classes, the Shiverian Elder will reward him with one Power Moon each. After another straightaway with two small ramps, the road drops down and curves briefly to the right, which is followed by multiple sharp turns with slanted walls to bound off of and gain speed. The racers then enter a tunnel where the road slants down toward the middle. The tunnel road slopes downward, upward, and then downward again.
