The Scottish Open officially the BetVictor Scottish Open was a professional snooker tournament that took place from 28 November to 4 December at Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh , Scotland, [1] the first time since the event that the tournament was staged in that city. However, after reviewing the footage, tour officials added ten seconds to the time of O'Sullivan's break, putting it three seconds outside the record of three minutes and 31 seconds set by Tony Drago at the UK Championship.
