Three, six or nine of our spare ribs with Cole Slaw and fresh cut fries. Sticky finger good. Our famous smoked pork, piled high on a fresh bun and served with fresh cut fries. Smoked for over 15 hours and piled high, topped with fries and cole slaw all in one sandwich. Fresh cut fries on the side. Our own smoked bacon, cubed, rubbed with our special spice and drizzled with BBQ sauce. Served with choice of 2 sides. American, Cheddar, Swiss or Pepper Jack. Served with fresh cut fries Fried Tenders and topped with lettuce, onion and tomato.

You need to book or eat outside. Service was very professional. The service is excellent and the food, out of this world.

The service is excellent and the food, out of this world. It all sounded so good. Includes fresh cut fries. Friendly service and great food. Exellent food, Exellent costomer service. Great food, great friendly service! Rubbed and smoked to a crispy golden brown served with your favorite sauce or just eat-em plain which is my favorite. Absolutely the best steak I've ever had.. With outdoor seating, you can enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Next time I find myself starving in the middle of nowhere, I hope to find another little gem like this. Will bring my family next time. Today was the second time I've visited Smokehouse 81 and again it was a great meal. We love going to be the Smoke House, and always know we are going to get a quality feed. The place was very cold.
