Smash remix

The original xdelta will generate a smash remix rom that is compatible with our ASM code. Much of our edits are done within the compressed files within the rom, smash remix. If you utilize a vanilla Smash 64 rom, it will not work correctly. You must place your legally acquired patched ROM in the 'roms' folder for this to work.

Smash Remix is a gameplay modification of Super Smash Bros. All mechanics and original 12 characters are unchanged. This vision also involves having tournaments where the new characters are pitted against the old ones, all the clones being viable against the originals. Smash remix

Get your Super Smash Bros. Once it's downloaded, extract it by right-clicking the smash remix folder and click "Extract all". Drag your extracted ROM from the smash remix folder and once that's done, you want to drag it that says "windows-drag-here" from the remix folder. After the patch is complete, go to "output" from the remix folder. After you patch it says "the rom does not match the developer's original rom" this is because you got the wrong rom or you just have a dirty rom, so re-installing it can fix the issue.
