It is spacious and you there's a lot of botique. The ambiance is amazing and not crowded at all. I love this mall because it's never crowded. There are not that many shops and restaurants, but The grocery section is now much better than SM sucat which was renovated to a smaller space and is now very crowded and SM hypermart. I also like it that there's no noisy arcade here, and hopefully there wont be any. For clothes shopping needs there's Uniqlo and some other brands. If there were a food court it would be complete. There are a total of 4 Director's Club Cinemas in this mall so there are plenty of options. We went there without reservations so we settled for a later time than we preferred. The area has its own lounge and so waiting is okay. I would suggest you buy your tickets online or reserve before going here to have the best seats in your desired movie time. Though initially it has caused traffic to BF Home owners i m sure that now residents are raving that theres a SM Mall near them just like me. The Mall has more than adequate parking space and a good selection of shops and restos though there are still a number of vacant spaces.
