Ri'saad is a Khajiit roving merchant who can be found traveling between Whiterun and Markarth. He is an experienced traveling merchant, having visited Skyrim on many earlier occasions. According to Ma'dran , it was Ri'saad's idea to come to Skyrim during the Civil War , as he saw great opportunity where others saw danger. He claims to not be welcome in Elsweyr or Cyrodiil most likely due to his Moon Sugar dealings. According to Adonato Leotelli , a famous author living in Windhelm, he came to Skyrim with Ri'saad and his caravan. During a Falmer attack, one of Ri'saad's associates, Bhisha , was killed.

The Saints, the protectors of Mania, are known by their resplendent golden equipment, while the warriors of Dementia, the Seducers, make use of Dark weapons and armor. Either fast travel from major city to major city to see if you can spot him and his catty chums setting up shop near the gate. This starts the next quest, Restoring Order, where you take on the wizard behind the bands of raiders in Solitude. This time you have a quest marker to help you though. Before you embark on Restoring Order, beware that the fight at the end is extremely difficult and you will need to stock up on potions and other provisions.

I've played Skyrim for several hundred hours on my current character. During that time, Ri'saad went missing, presumably dead. The rest of his caravan NPCs continued to roam about without him, and when at their Whiterun trading location, they would never set up camp, but stood around exchanging their scripted dialogue instead. However, since joining the Thieves Guild, Ri'saad has respawned and his caravan now behaves normally. I presume he's been resurrected as he is required for one of the TG quests. Saints and Seducers is a Skyrim Creation that has just been made freely available to all owners of the Special Edition. Once the Khajiit has been located, players should speak with him and inquire about the trouble that he has been encountering along the road. Those objectives instruct players to locate the Saints bandit camp and the Seducers bandit camp, and players should follow the in-game waypoints to continue their progress through the Saints and Seducers questline. To note, there are a couple of items that fans should make sure to loot while they are visiting the preliminary Saints and Seducers camps. More specifically, players should be certain to grab the Notes on the Blacksmith from the body of the Saints Bandit Leader as well as the Bandit's Note on Hidden Treasure from a bag at the Seducer camp.

It has been too long since I tasted it. The first Khajiit trader players are likely to encounter is Ri'saad, who sets up shop outside Whiterun and Markarth. No one knows!
