While the world is paused, click on the Quarried Stone with your cursor, which should highlight its specific ID code. Don't look at me! Just outside of Whitrun as you leave continue around the to the left of the wall around and past the stables and along the rockky terrain you will come across some Quarried stone to mine. I even uninstall Ck and reinstalled. Still does same thing.
