I just got finished killing some hired thugs who had a contract from Moira, and I have never seen her, nor started the quest, "A Night to Remember". Is this just a bug or something? So if Moira is a Vengful Hagraven, why doesnt she send forsworn assassins insead of hired thugs? A bunch of cave dwelling barbarian druids, coming forth from the mist of fore-shadowing to remind you not to mess with the Old Gods, or their people? She has no money guys. Im just glad they came right after I killed the first dragon at Westwatch Tower. Irileth and the guards handled them quite alright! Same bro. I think you'll actually be good - if I remember right from reading UESP Moira can send thugs as retribution because the items in the den are owned by the Hagraven faction, which Anise and Moira are part of and happen to be the only members of the faction that are also flagged as interactable NPCs. Moira is a hagraven who lives in Witchmist Grove , located directly south of Windhelm and Kynesgrove.
