Ask a new question. My skype number is always busy when someone calls. I can call out, send and receive texts but not incoming calls. I'm signed into the correct account, have credits ect. Tried with it set to call forward and set to voicemail. With app open and off, all the same. Just downloaded the app so it is current. It did work right after initial install, was able to receive one call, then nothing. It's just incoming calls that wont go through, should at least go to voicemail. Have you tried turning off the " Allow Skype to block unwanted calls" feature to allow all incoming calls.
