Sign in to get your answer quicker. Tried everything I've read on here and no success. This happened about a month ago and after about a week it finally connected. Bit of a joke really as the only equipment in the house that won't connect to sky broadband is the sky q box. Any suggestions please that doesn't involve the bin. Try resetting the Sky router by pressing the button on the back of the router, this works differently to rebooting by turning on and off at the mains.

Now seems worse, when option is displayed to choose a sky broadband hib to connect to, I can't even click on it. Hold down WPS button, doesn't flash. It's as if I can't select the option at all. Doesn't feel like it's even set up to take a WiFi signal? Make sure that you are not pressing the hub reset button. The Q hubWPS button is shown below. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router.
