Since we moved to sky fibre the one upstairs keeps on freezing with both live tv and also streaming on things we have recorded. We have re-set the box a number of times, we have re-joined the internet and we have disconected it as well but the issue is still there and now we cannot watch any tv upstairs as its just not watchable. Amandastang Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions. Try a Network Reset on the mini. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box. You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box not on the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. I have tried switching off and on, doing a software update on the box and reactivating the viewing card several times all to no avail.
