You can open the Gallery at any time by pressing F4 , or clicking the Gallery button. Sims and lots uploaded to the Gallery may contain custom or exclusive content. This content will be missing from your download if you don't have it installed to your computer. If you have the content installed but it's still missing, you may need to restart your game. I played a bit around, recorded a few videos, saved everything and closed the game. Today I was going to play again, with that save, and I get the "Game Data Incomplete" error as below: Note that I do NOT even have origin installed on my computer I also checked the task manager, just in case. I also noted that, even if the game says it's not connected I know about the trick using a fake origin account, but I didn't do anything related, since I am just trying the basics , today I got a notice that the "server would be down in 10 minutes", which would change, in a few seconds, to 5 minutes and to "down now". It's funny it happened even though I am playing "off line" and without Origin at all.

October I have recently installed the EA app, as was recommended. Before with the Origin app I could choose the play offline, but now that is not possible anymore. March I'm having a similar issue, but that won't really solve it.

When I loaded the adults, it gave me a prompt that items were removed because it didn't exist, but when i loaded the child sim specifically, it didn't give me the prompt that items were missing. April So I wanted to save my child sim to the gallery as a vanilla base game sim, but the cc icon still appears even after I disabled all my mods. I tried removing all the clothes to make sure none of my clothes were cc, I even tried randomizing the sim into a different child but the wrench icon still appeared when I tried to save so I think it's not because of clothing.
