I believe it is only a 1 way system HOWEVER it could be worth trying to add your CD key to the "Activate game on steam" option under games at top and see what happens, no promises but I think only steam can add to Origin for expansion packs but as I say worth a shot to see if it lets you. It will end up being cheaper buying the base game on steam so you can get discounted expansion in the long run, but wether youre willing to do that is your call.
