March I have the game registered on origin and everything, I tried Firefox, sims 3 caw, Chrome, and Explorer, and yes, I did check the box, but every time I click the download button for the "Create a World" tool, absolutely nothing happens.

That seems to have worked! I love the building part of the base game and thought it would be a snitch.

Create a World Create-a-World Tool. The Create a World tool gives the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for The Sims 3. It allows players to create custom neighborhoods , just like in The Sims 2 , although in a more in-depth way. It was released on December 16, and is available to download for free from TheSims3. It is only available on the PC. It is similar to the terraforming tools in SimCity 4 , which were used to create custom neighborhoods for The Sims 2. I originally intended to make the world a medium-sized world for lots of open space, but the roses will end up taking up maybe half of the world, which squishes most of the actual room for lots so they can't be as spaced out.
