Hi Guys, is there a problem logging into BT email?? I have been trying to log in on my desktop since yesterday and it is the same today, both the email address and login password have been entered correctly I have btinternet. Really need to get this sorted, I'm in the middle of signing a new rental agreement and prefer to do everything on my desktop. Go to Solution. I have been able to log into My BT and through the help and support page, manage emails accounts, logging in to the email address and it still won't log in. All cookies have been cleared. If that doesn't help you could try turning off your BT hub for a 15 minutes to see if its allocated a new IP address which will hopefully use a different email server which may allow you to log on. So I think its down to BT. Also I can't log into my BT. Just tried brave browser on android same security warning about certificate and that was using my o2 mobile data!!
