As of April [update] , his Twitch channel has reached over 10 million followers, ranking as the eighth most-followed channel on the platform , [5] and his YouTube channel has over 6. He was soon signed by compLexity Gaming as a stand-in, and later by Cloud9 in August when they acquired compLexity's roster. On March 10, , Grzesiek reached , Twitch subscribers, gaining another 14, the next day, making his subscriber count more than double streamer with the second most at the time— TimTheTatman. He would be broadcasting exclusively on Mixer, following the steps of fellow streamer Tyler "Ninja" Blevins , who announced a similar deal earlier that year. On June 22, , Microsoft announced that it would be shutting down Mixer and instead partner with Facebook Gaming.

Shroud is a rare breed; He is a streamer who constantly emphasizes his lack of interest in competitive play, preferring to "casually" stream a variety of games — yet somehow he continues to dominate the competition regardless of the game. Rather, he is known for his consistent ability to perform at a high level, specifically in FPS games. Here are 5 games that Shroud decided to casually dominate. That's right, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare just released and Shroud has instantly displayed some insane skill in the multiplayer scene. Even during his first-ever match in the game, he messes with some settings in the menus and, upon returning to the battle, instantly headshots an opponent for the kill. Considering Shroud's skill and reputation, it isn't much of a surprise to find that the first shot he takes in a brand new game is a headshot. Shroud doesn't play Apex Legends professionally, yet when he logs on and plays against full-time pros, he blends in perfectly.
