Desperate for Love Dog Pound Rescue Inc DFL is a completely volunteer run, charity organisation based in the Perth Metro area that is committed to saving as many dogs from pounds as possible. We rescue hundreds of dogs a year and all dogs are placed in foster homes in the metro area until they are adopted. During this time, they receive the vet work, training and love they require in order to ensure they can be their best dog and live their best lives. We also have a Forever Foster program which helps dogs who are too old or infirm to be adopted out. Rather than leave them to die alone in pounds, they live with loving foster carers and have all of their vet needs covered by DFL until it is their time.
