The canopy arrived folded neatly in a box.

Ron, senior tech was sent out the day after my third and final attempt to resolve. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually cared about my dissatisfaction. He agreed the canopy was too long and was not correct. I assisted him in removing two of the aluminum slats on the Alimiguard. This shortened the canopy by approx 5 inches which removed the slack, he soaped the arm to assist in sealing the stitching holes. He added additional support rivets for arms only tip and bottom were originally installed. Net result: canopy looks and works great, thanks to Ron.
