The only issue that I had, was that the company is based out of the UK and the default settings are not what are generally used in the US. CONS The software is a work in progress and savvy pet spa are adding new features all the time.

We can have the calendar setup exactly how we want with the colors we want. Savvy is not plastered with over complex interface to incorporate additional features we don't want.
