Not a big place, but very welcoming. All Covid precautions were taken and we were shown to out table. An extensive choice of drinks - especially ciders. Great arrangement! Had never visited Watchet before, let alone 'Pebbles' but we'll certainly be back. The town itself is lovely and definitely quieter than its more famous neighbours along the coast and 'The Pebbles Tavern' is a gem in its heart. Its certainly 'quirky'. In fact from Having quenched our thirst we then took up the recommendations of fish and chips from next door and sandwiches and scotch eggs from Sam's Deli in the adjoining street.

Just had a take-away meal from The Star Inn and it was amazing! Second meal we Onion rings were great, garlic bread side was a whole garlic baguette!

What a treat, the food was fantastic. All staff were fab! Carvery is on till pm which is more than accommodating to all. Was very impressed. Fantastic well done guys. The price was cheaper than others in the Minehead area. Without any doubt the worst takeaway Chinese I've ever had. The meat eaters, vegetarians and fussy eaters were all happy with their meals. A superb pub! Very friendly staff. The food is fantastic and very large portions. Can't wait to try our Sumatra coffee beans!

Neither be deterred by the slightly terse personnel I put it down to being stressed out a little by unexpected guests when a birthday party was due to arrive soon. Ordered a ham toastie, a fruit scone and tea for two. The garden gives a wonderful view of Blue Anchor Bay. Wheelchair accessible and spotless, we had the best meal of our whole trip here! Had mixed grill which was very nice. The Cafe food is brilliant, recommend the Turkish Eggs. The food was lovely, far better than I expected. One of the best meals I've had in ages. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, the food was outstanding. It's Tapas, but not as you know it. And there is a choice of bubble and squeak or hash browns to accompany the mushrooms, baked beans and eggs. Lovely menu full of Indian delight.
