The Karpathian cheese was very good. When we did a little roadtrip through the middle and eastern part of Karpathos, we stopped at 3Dolphins Restaurant in Lefkos.

John is the man you are glad to see every time you go there you will go many times, believe me! We understand. The view is really nice and its a place where the breeze is coming wich is nice in hot days. All the dishes are very special. In addition to its standard menu, the Poseidon Blue Restaurant prepares for its guests day dishes such as moussaka or fish directly from the fishermen of Karpathos. Didn't try the toilets, but overall the restaurant felt clean. Worth the ride from down south Karpathos. Their windmill is still working. So i recommend when you go on dinner to make a reservation. The staff is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. That was some challenging last m or so.

Lovely quality food, with good flavours and friendly staff. Amazing location, really kind and professional people and obviously amazing food, you can taste a lot of typical food of the island.
