Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterised by executive dysfunction occasioning symptoms of inattention , hyperactivity, impulsivity and emotional dysregulation that are excessive and pervasive, impairing in multiple contexts, and otherwise age-inappropriate.
