I went for a wander around the Old Harbour area of Puerto del Carmen early one morning. I started out from Playa Chica, walking along the coastal path. The sea was flat and calm and it was already a lovely warm day, there were a few people fishing from the shore on the rocks there and a small fishing boat attracting seagulls.
