Very professional with a good hint of feel good friendly staff, especially night staff, David Tidd I think that's his last name , and Paul Dave had no problem being asked for help in the middle of the night when required, including opening doors for wheel chair users, finding fresh bedding for the kids etc We received more than we paid for. The disabled room are not suitable for wheelchair users, no raised toilet, no wet room, bed was too low and not enough turning room to help aid in transfers from chair to amenities. But if I'm honest, again the staff 'daytime staff too' made up for this. As for the restaurant I'll stick to Oriental next time, there is no way it was freshly cook - I'm a Chef, but I didn't need to be to know that as for the evening meals - spectacular!! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom. At 6pm we got a reminder our parking was due to run out and we then booked the next 24 hours. Can not make any negative comments well done premier inn. Good location.
