Didn't want to make my character overpowered, just wanted to bring unarmed up to par and shorten the cooldown of shouts. Worked out pretty well. So 60 claw damage and a shout cooldown of 36 seconds for the final stage of storm call. Also the fire breath and frost breath shouts have a 7 second cooldown. I'm thinking I might make a character that only uses shouts. I'll call him The Bard.

Potion of fortify restoration
I have yet to legitimately find a disenchantable item in the game that yields a fortify restoration effect which can in turn be used to enchant items. Leadingzero , 10 December UTC. By creating an overpowered potion of Fortify Smithing around 2 million percent , I saw my character jump from about 60 alchemy to instantly.

The Bond of Matrimony The Bond of Matrimony can be disenchanted, but the underlying effect is just a standard Fortify Restoration effect instead of the different effect that might be inferred from the name Blessing of Mara.
