However, Tierno, Shauna, and Trevor get extra points for being so forgettable. They hardly appear throughout the game, and the player seldomly gets to battle them. None are particularly challenging, and while Shauna is occasionally helpful, Tierno and Trevor are unnecessary. He is the equivalent of Blue but has none of his panache or talent as a Trainer.
