A NEW pizza, cocktail and beer restaurant will be opening in Durham later this year after a popular pizza brand announced it would be adding to its UK offering in the heart of the city centre. As part of the new addition to Durham, the unlimited-topping and San Franciscan sourdough pizza company, Pizza Punks, announced that it will open its sixth UK restaurant at The Riverwalk in April. To go along with the food, the restaurant will offer craft beers and in-house cocktails, which will see a choice including a Drumstick Caiprisma, featuring vanilla-infused rum, raspberry rum, fresh lime juice, served with retro drumstick; Smoked Popcorn Daiquiri with charred sweetcorn infused rum, sweetcorn syrup, fresh lime juice and vanilla smoke; By Monks for Punks with spiced rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, almond syrup, Buckfast, served with salted popcorn and more.
