This is going to continue to happen with a lot of these guilds. The guys at the top are who make the guild, and rarely does a raider want to step up to take over they want to raid, they dont want to be management. There's just too much work involved. Hell, our 2 day guild, my raid leader already spends so much time.. A lot of this stuff just can't be delegated away for someone else to do. Its just not how this world works. An insane amount of pressure, an insane amount of work involved to just be where they are. I'm sure this is a huge relief to their GM. Man can actually LIVE life now. My guild RL stopped playing and our raid team with guilds and regular pugs stopped raiding together.
