Unless you've tested "when something is broken within warranty service" - like I have, you can't appreciate how good or bad the service actually is. The service is BAD. A 6 month old mid price amp pioneer ceases to work and what has my experience to date been. Missed eta's, false information, zero proactivity and a service manager who refuses to engage. My recommendation - super fi or richer sounds as Mr Peter Tyson has much to consider. My lesson learned but will they? Deliveries are normally Days, dependant on your location - subject to stock availability. Have used this company quite a few times they always have excellent prices and delivery is also very good would recommend you always check them out for all appliances. I bought a dishwasher from them based on the price which was competitive and the positive reviews of their service that I had read. After placing the order online I was informed that they didn't have stock and asked if I wanted to proceed - offering me the chance to cancel. I stayed with it and they had my item in stock within a few days. Then they called to arrange delivery for next day and I took a days holiday to receive it. Only after they had dispatched it did they take payment. However, the 'next-day' delivery isn't guaranteed and so after taking the day off and waiting in all day I discovered from the parcel tracking system that they wouldn't be delivering that day. I couldn't take another day off so I called them the next morning and they told me they'd arrange a Saturday delivery which I was happy with.

Delivery very fast with back up texts keeping me abreast of progress and the fact that it should be - and was - left with a neighbour.

I asked him to contact me as nobody seemed to be any help, but he failed repeatedly over 6 hours and several reminder calls from me. I had suggested to them that they either assure me it would arrive, or I would cancel it. So from tracking, lack of delivery, useless help, the repeated failure to return my calls, the cheap useless lying courier and the as yet failure to refund me had turned into a nightmare. Very knowledgeable and informative and has given me a far better insight into the equipment I have. Peter Tyson have been great. I recently purchased some AV kit from them. Firstly the kit is great.. Secondly Peter Tyson have proved have excellent customer service combined with competitive pricing.
