First off, the food here is always consistently good. I have yet to have a bad meal here and it's always served hot and fresh. I agree with some of the other reviewers in that this place seems extremely understaffed and they're having a hard time keeping things dialed in. The location on Louisiana has it down, they're really good there. But, the food is very good here, they just need some staffing help to get the train back on the tracks. I think part of it is when you have a successful restaurant, you put more of your emphasis on other businesses you own thinking "Well, this place is running well," and then it gets neglected a little bit. That's the case here, it just needs some staffing help, on the line and on the floor. We tried Pei Wei several years ago and found it to be disappointing and boring. Not necessarily bad, but disappointing and boring. We recently decided to give it another try.
