Paper Tiger Noodle Bar started as a way to break free from the traditional norm. Gaining traction as a pop up concept throughout the city in late and early , we wanted to showcase a unique way to bring local seasonal produce to our customers. We are proud to have become a staple in the Old Ottawa South community and look forward to expanding our own culinary boundaries going forward! Simply put, we make food that we love to eat and in a way that we love to eat it.

Paper Tiger Espresso is a cozy coffee shop located on Queen Street. They offer excellent coffee and delightful protein pops for breakfast, as well as limited edition doughnuts such as Nutella crunch and sweet and salty cinnamon. The shop is closed for certain holidays and long weekends, but always returns ready to serve their loyal customers. After a nice long break we are fully recharged and ready for an amazing year!! Just when we thought today was Wednesday!
