Arrived around 1pm so the lunch crowd was dissipating. The buzzer indicating food was ready went off fairly quickly so beat my hunger quickly. The soup was hot and the salad was fresh. Driver wanted a coffee break and Panera is conveniently located from Rt 15 and the Interstate. Everyone in our party of four go a pastry and I got the outstanding hot chocolate.. Service is done interestingly - order most stuff at the cash register but some Great service and delicious food if you are in a hurry. Perfect for breakfast before work or on your lunch break. This is absurd for a fast food restaurant. I know it's supposed to be better

Typical Panera food, but this place is so dirty. The girl "cleaning" tables is chatting with someone for 5 minutes while all the unoccupied tables are dirty and when she cleaned some booths she never wiped the seats which were covered in food. I was also charged for a beverage I didn't ask for but it was easier just to take it. September I ordered lunch for my whole office, totaling about 13 items. I was worried that because of how much that was ordered, something would be messed up or missing as that tends to happen when I order for the office, but I was pleasantly surprised when everything done correctly and nothing was missing on top of being done on time aswell.
